Meet Tina Heinl | LE Educator

Hailing from Massachusetts with stints in California and Illinois, Tina Heinl eventually found her forever home in Eugene, Oregon, back in 1993. Nestled in the verdant Willamette Valley, Tina has been happily married since 2008 to an unwaveringly supportive husband, a pillar in her career pursuits.

UNEXPECTED BEGINNINGS: A JOURNEY INTO BEAUTY

Tina's career trajectory didn't initially envision the beauty industry. Despite contemplating a different path during her high school senior year, fate had a different script. Graduating from Oxnard Beauty College in California in 1986 marked her entry into the nail technology realm. Working as an independent contractor in various salons in Ventura, California, Tina planned a shift towards veterinary assistance upon her Oregon move. However, life's twists steered her back into the beauty domain.

Tina ventured through various professional phases. Starting as an employee, she transitioned to independent contracting, eventually owning a private salon space within a multi-tenant house for 25 years. In 2022, Tina moved to a new, shared studio after the building's ownership change, a milestone for her business, C, C & H Enterprises, LLC, housing A Perfect Ten.

EDUCATOR EXTRAORDINAIRE: A LEGACY OF TEACHING

In 1995, Tina diversified her career by becoming an Educator for OPI Products, where she thrived for two decades. Her tenure encompassed roles as an educator, Show Team Leader, and School Account Consultant, winning accolades as Best Show Team Leader multiple times at OPI Symposiums. Her extensive journey included managing school accounts and imparting knowledge across Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Nevada.

Becoming a Licensed Nail Instructor in Oregon in 1997 expanded Tina's teaching horizons, a role she still holds today. Her passion for education led her to transition to Light Elegance in 2015, where she seamlessly continued her instructive journey. Tina's commitment to education and nurturing new talent extends to overseeing event logistics, earning her the affectionate moniker of 'Show Mom' from Celina Rydén.

At Light Elegance, Tina's responsibilities transcend teaching; she assumes the role of Event Coordinator, meticulously organizing trade shows and educational events. Her dedication lies in ensuring a supportive and thriving environment for educators, managing details behind the scenes to facilitate successful classes and demos.

A detail-oriented professional, Tina's contributions extend to the LEU program, exhibiting a keen eye for perfection even in the minutest of details. She actively engages in grading assignments and collaborates with compliance, ensuring product compliance and registration for global sale.
