When will I get my package?

Light Elegance ships most orders same day when placed by 12PM Noon Pacific Time. Exceptions exist during high volume times, US holidays and weekends.

Orders are shipped via the method you select or "best way". Most orders are delivered anywhere in the country in 3-5 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?

We offer a 1 hour cancellation window in case you need to change anything on your order. After 1 hour we unfortunately cannot make any changes and your order will be processed as it was entered. Please take care to review all order details before submitting it to us!
