Do you still need to cleanse a No-Wipe Top Coat? Head Chemist, Jim McConnell answers Claire's question about the rumors of no-wipe top coats!
The short answer is no. LE Chemists have tested this theory of there still being a significant inhibition layer after curing a no-wipe top coat from various brands and we discovered there is no need to cleanse a no-wipe top coat when the gel is properly cured in a sufficient lamp.
Please note, you do need to cleanse the inhibition layer from all other top coats (Super Shiny, Flat Matte, etc) and we always recommend frequently testing the curing power of your lamp to ensure all of your gel products are curing properly.
