“9-Free” Isn’t as Simple as It Sounds

The first thing nail professionals should understand is that “9-Free” is not a universal formula or regulated standard. Unlike a specific ingredient declaration, the term can mean different things depending on the manufacturer and product category.

That’s why simply seeing “9-Free” on a label isn’t enough. The real question is:

Free from what?
